Jay Patel, D.D.S.

Dr. Patel’s international background gives him a unique ability to relate to people. Born in Tanzania, he moved to Zambia in 1964. As a teenager, he attended high school in England before coming to the United States in 1979 to complete his undergraduate degrees.

As Collins Dental Group’s resident orthodontist, Dr. Patel appreciates the way he and the staff dentists are able to work side-by-side in developing patient treatments. Continuing education is very important to Dr. Patel. He attends courses regularly to learn about the newest advancements in orthodontia.

“To provide my patients with the best possible treatment, it is important I use the latest orthodontic technology and treatment philosophies,” he says.
